The incident came to light on Wednesday morning when the milkman reached home. After this, the police entered the room by breaking the window glass and took out the dead bodies.

After preliminary investigation, an argument over husband’s job is said to be the reason behind the incident. At present, Sector 31 police station has registered a case of murder on the complaint of the father of the deceased.

Head constable Saroj, resident of Baldhan, Thana Jatusana in Rewari district, was married in the year 2005 with Dharmendra, resident of Nanagwas, Mahendragarh. In the morning the milkman came and rang the bell, but no one opened the door. He informed this to the neighboring policemen.

When he peeped through the window, Saroj was lying on the bed and Dharmendra’s body was hanging from the noose. Top officials including DCP, ACP, Crime Branch and forensic team inspected the spot.

Apart from the son, Saroj’s in-laws and family members also reached on the information. Police spokesman Sube Singh said that Saroj’s last rites would be performed at her in-laws’ house. Soldiers have been sent from here for the last salute.
