Malda: Police have recovered fake Indian currency notes worth Rs 3 lakh West Bengalof Malda An official said on Tuesday that three people have been arrested in this connection in the district.

The police officer said that the personnel of Gopalganj police outpost of Kaliachak police station area arrested the three on Monday after a specific tip-off.
All the accused are residents of Subedar Tola Below Charianantapur Gram Panchayat area.
He said that the police have started investigation into the matter.
