The woman, a resident of Hunterganj block of Chatra district, wrapped the snake around her neck and was absorbed in worship for a long time. The name of the woman is being told as Runiya Devi. Local residents say that the Shiv Charcha program was organized in the village itself on the last Monday of Sawan. The woman was getting ready from home and was going to attend this program. While leaving the house, the snake came out, which the woman caught as a messenger of Bholenath and wrapped it around her neck and got absorbed in the worship. According to people, the snake bit the woman in many places, but the woman absorbed in worship did not pay attention to it. In the end she fell unconscious.
