“Researchers from prestigious higher education institutions (HEIs) will contribute to these papers,” Pradhan said. He said the letters would eventually be published as a print or digital book.
For the first time, around 100 conferences have been planned across the country on 100 identified topics, the letter said. The conferences will be organized with the participation of senior government officials and experts from HEI.
The ministries were asked to consider various subjects and add or remove them.
Seeking the support of the ministries on the “academic activity”, Pradhan said the output of the research paper would eventually be handed over to the ministries for their use.
