Pathan will release on January 25
John Abraham talks about his upcoming film Pathan, his role in the film and Shah Rukh Khan’s return to the big screen.
Pathan has created a lot of buzz among the fans. This is going to be the big comeback of Shah Rukh Khan after a gap of four years. Pathan is all set to release on January 25 and the anticipation for the film is at its highest. While the cast is yet to give interviews to media organisations, they have answered pre-set questions in videos shared on Yash Raj Films’ social media. Less than a week before the release of Pathan, YRF shared a series of promotional videos, showing Shahrukh Khan And John Abraham on his Twitter account.
In one of the videos, titled ‘Interview with John Abraham’, the actor can be heard discussing his role in the film, Shah Rukh Khan’s return to the big screen and many other aspects. Keeping in mind the excitement and expectations surrounding Shah Rukh Khan and Pathan, John said, “I don’t think just the whole country, I think the whole world wants to see Shah Rukh Khan on screen, including me. I think he did more than deliver the goods. He’s brilliant in this film.”
John answers questions about Deepika Padukone, Siddharth Anand, Yash Raj Films and many more in the video.
When Shah Rukh Khan was asked about John Abraham, he said, “I think he is so skilled in action. He really helped me look good, you know, in body language. It was very kind of him.” I think when you are doing a film with a co-star like John, there is a lot to learn from him.”

He also added, “I hope one of the most loved characters, in fact John, when Pathan comes out. I really wish it because it takes a lot of guts to do what he has done as an actor and a star.”
Pathan, first chief Bollywood The 2023 release is directed by Siddharth Anand and stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana.
After the release of Pathan, John Abraham and Manushi Chhillar will next be seen in Tehran. John Abraham plays the role of DCP Dev Malkani in the Arun Gopala-directed film.
