Harris Rauf revealed during a conversation with Babar Azam that he wants to dismiss Virat Kohli once

star indian batsman Virat Kohli He might be at the fag end of his illustrious career, but picking up prized wickets like Kohli is still the ultimate goal for any bowler.

Pakistan’s leading fast bowler Haris Rauf has confirmed this. Talking to Babar Azam after a recent Pakistan Super League (PSL) match, Rauf added Kohli’s wicket to his bucket list. Haris Rauf’s team Lahore Qalandars also shared a heartwarming video of their conversation on Twitter.

“Do whatever you want, but have to take wickets. Ek Kohli Bachcha Hota Hai, Tussi Bachcha Hota Ho. Williamson slips then two very narrow escapes c. But these 3-4 players are mine. (Come what may. I just need to take your wicket! Only Kohli and you are exceptions now. Williamson was saved from the slips twice. But in my mind these are the 3-4 players),”Haris Rauf Can.” Heard Babar Azam saying in the video.

Responding to Rauf’s wish list, the Peshawar Zalmi captain had a funny reply. He said, “Get out of the nets. (You have already met me in the practice session).” Rauf then replied, “No. I want your wicket in the match.”

Widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen in the history of the game, Virat Kohli recently completed 25,000 runs in international cricket across all three formats.

The talismanic batsman achieved the feat during the second Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.

Interestingly, Kohli had hit Haris Rauf for two sixes during the high-voltage clash India And Pakistan in last year’s T20 World cup.

Those two sixes proved to be the turning point of the match and Team India came down to chase the target of 160 runs. Hence, it is not surprising to see Rauf looking to hit back at Kohli by taking his wicket.

Meanwhile, Haris Rauf is currently playing for Lahore Qalandars in this year’s PSL. The lanky bowler has played a vital role in his team’s success.

The Shaheen Afridi-led Lahore Qalandars have won four of their five matches so far in the tournament and are favorites to qualify for the play-offs. Lahore defeated Islamabad United in their last match on 27 February.
