The name of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha has also figured in the ED’s second supplementary charge sheet in the Delhi liquor policy case. However, he has not been made an accused. Earlier on Tuesday morning, the name of AAP MP Sanjay Singh also came up. In the charge sheet, there was mention of taking a donation of Rs 82 lakh on him.

According to media reports, Sisodia’s PA C Arvind has taken the name of Raghav Chadda. He said in his statement that a meeting was held at Sisodia’s residence in which Raghav Chadha, Excise Commissioner of Punjab, Excise Officer and Vijay Nair were present.
