New Delhi: Dronacharya Aerial Innovations will make its stock market debut on Friday. The SME issue will be listed on both BSE and NSE with a price band of Rs 52 to Rs 54 per share.
A notice from BSE said, “Trading members of the Exchange are informed that with effect from Friday, December 23, 2022, the equity shares of Dronacharya Aerial Innovations Limited will be listed and listed in the ‘MT’ group for transactions on the Exchange.” As per SEBI circular No. CIR/MRD/DP/02/2012 dated January 20, 2012, the scrip will be in trade-for-trade segment for 10 trading days.
“Further trading members may please note that the above scrips will be part of the Special Pre-Open Session (SPOS) on Friday, December 23, 2022,” BSE said.
Dronacharya Aerial Innovations GMP
As per reports, Dronacharya Aerial Innovations latest GMP fetches a premium of Rs 65, suggesting that the scrip will make a promising debut on the stock market listing. Market observers suggest that at today’s GMP Rs 65 + its issue price of Rs 54, it is expected that Dronacharya Aerial Innovations will list at Rs 119 level (65+ 54).
The initial public offering of Dronacharya Aerial Innovations was subscribed 243.70 per cent on the last day of subscription on Thursday (December 15). The IPO was subscribed 330.82 times for the retail portion and 287.80 times for the NII (non-institutional investors) portion.
