His lawyer stated Chavez is deeply remorseful and committed to rectifying the situation. He has been accused of conspiring to distribute the anesthetic ketamine, linked to Matthew Perry’s death. Matthew Perry was found dead on October 28 and ketamine was ruled to be the primary cause of death.
