Professional Life
Dipika began her television journey in 2010 with Neer Bhare Tere Naina Devi, where she played the role of Lakshmi. She then starred in Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo as Rekha. Later, she rose to fame with her character Simar Bhardwaj in the Colors TV hit show Sasural Simar Ka. The actress received positive feedback for her stunning performance on the show. As her popularity grew, she participated in several reality shows such as Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8, Nach Baliye 8, Entertainment Ki Raat and Bigg Boss 12. Star Plus’ show Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum was her last show before pregnancy, where she starred opposite Karan V Grover.
Personal Life
Dipika was first married to Raunak Samson in 2011, but the couple separated in 2015. While shooting for Sasural Simar Ka, she met Shoaib Ibrahim, who played the role of Simar’s husband, Prem. The duo were appreciated and loved by the audience for their on-screen chemistry. Soon after, the couple started dating and kept their relationship private for a while. Their love story continued to capture hearts when they appeared on Nach Baliye 8 as a couple, where Shoaib even proposed to Dipika on the show.
After several years of dating, Dipika and Shoaib tied the knot on February 22, 2018, in Bhopal. They chose a traditional nikah ceremony, which was attended by close friends and family. Following their marriage, Dipika converted to Islam and changed her name to Faiza.
