Diljit Dosanjh, Sonam Bajwa, and Shehnaaz Gill are set to reunite for the upcoming film ‘Ranna Ch Dhanna’, following their previous collaboration in ‘Honsla Rakh’. The film’s poster, featuring animated versions of the actors, was shared by Shehnaaz on Instagram.
Diljit Dosanjh, in addition to acting, is co-producing the film alongside Daljit Thind and Pawan Gill. Speaking about the project, Diljit expressed his excitement, promising fun, comedy, romance, and entertainment.
‘Ranna Ch Dhanna’ is produced by Thind Motion Pictures and Story Time Productions, with a worldwide release date set for October 2, 2024.
Shehnaaz Gill is also part of ‘Thank You For Coming’, the directorial debut of Rhea Kapoor’s husband, Karan Boolani, in Bollywood.
The film features an ensemble cast, including Bhumi Pednekar, Dolly Singh, Kusha Kapila, Shibani Bedi, Pradhuman Singh Mall, Natasha Rastogi, Gautmik, Sushant Divgikar, Saloni Daini, Dolly Ahluwalia, Karan Kundrra, and Anil Kapoor. Shehnaaz was last seen with Salman Khan in the film ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, marking her Hindi film debut.
Diljit Dosanjh has a successful track record in Punjabi cinema, with notable films such as ‘Jatt & Juliet 2’, ‘Punjab 1984’, ‘Sajjan Singh Rangroot’, and ‘Honsla Rakh’.
