The Muslim wing of the RSS on Sunday launched a public awareness campaign in three districts of Uttar Pradesh, saying the kind of statements made in the Dharma Sansad were not true for any civilized society and the wing condemned such remarks. Is. ,

The Muslim wing of the RSS held meetings with Muslim clerics and scholars to garner community support for the BJP ahead of the assembly elections.

The RSS-affiliated organization said in a statement that the campaign was carried out by a 10-member team of Muslim Rashtriya Manch (MRM) in Amroha, Moradabad and Rampur districts of Uttar Pradesh.

The MRM team included its national convener Mohammad Akhtar, the organization’s madrasa cell head Mazhar Khan and Uttarakhand madrasa board president Bilal ur Rehman.

“In all the three districts, we had long and in-depth discussions with the Maulana of Jama Masjid, Qazi and Muslim intellectuals like doctors, lawyers and engineers of the community members on their problems and their solutions, National Convener of MRM and their solution. During the meetings, the MRM said in a statement, members of the Muslim community expressed concern over the growing animosity in the society, referring to comments made by some participants at a ‘Dharma Sansad’ in Uttarakhand recently.

Mohammad Akhtar clarified that neither the government nor the Sangh has anything to do with any such religious parliament and also told him that the MRM does not support such people and it strongly condemns his remarks.

To impress the voters of the state, the MRM team also apprised the community about the various measures taken by the Narendra Modi government for the welfare and empowerment of Muslims, especially women.

On December 17, a ‘Dharma Sansad’ event in Haridwar saw a series of hate speeches targeting Muslims and calling for violence and murder, sparking outrage across the country.

The RSS wing listened to the issues of their community and assured them that their grievances would be addressed if the party retained power in the state.

In a meeting with Muslim intellectuals, MRM said, serious discussions were held on the issues related to education, health, security and self-reliance of Muslim society especially its women.

Sayeed said the community members were assured that the MRM would continue to hold talks with them even after the elections were over.

The Muslim wing of the RSS recently issued a ‘nividana patra’ (request letter) and urged the minority community to vote for the BJP in the upcoming assembly elections in five states, including Uttar Pradesh, saying that Muslims are “the safest and the happiest”.
