Earlier this week, Dhanush congratulated Aishwarya on social media after the release of her music video. In his tweet, he described his ex-wife as his ‘friend’. Aishwarya replied to his tweet and thanked him.

Dhanush and Aishwarya tied the knot in 2004. In January 2022, they shared a statement on social media announcing their separation. “18 years together as friends, as a couple, as parents and as well-wishers of each other.
