Raghav Chadha has blamed the Haryana government for the water crisis looming over Delhi. Raghav Chadha said in the press conference that there is a big water crisis on the head of Delhi and if any state government is to blame, it is Haryana. He alleged that Haryana has drastically curtailed the amount of water released into the Yamuna river for Delhi.
