Delhi: Teenager among three people involved in encounter with police near AIIMS
Delhi Police has arrested three persons, including a juvenile, after a brief encounter near AIIMS, officials said on Tuesday. The incident took place on the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday when the police were patrolling the Kotla Mubarakpur area.
During patrolling, the employees saw three people on a bike. When suspicious, he signaled the motorcycle to stop for checking, but the rider speeded up and tried to flee, said Benita Marie Jacker, deputy commissioner of police (south).
