New Delhi: India Meteorological Department An orange alert has been issued, predicting moderate rain on Saturday and warning of possible waterlogging and major traffic disruption in low-lying areas of the national capital.
The department has issued a yellow alert for Sunday and an orange alert for Monday as well.
The Meteorological Department said that the national capital recorded 42.8 mm of rain between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm on Friday.

The Meteorological Department said that the humidity was recorded in the range of 98 to 79 percent.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 32 degrees Celsius, two notches below normal, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 24.5 degrees Celsius, three notches below normal.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 32 and 25 degrees Celsius, respectively.
