An FIR was lodged against Gazala, the coordinator of the school management committee, for allegedly pasting posters in support of Sisodia.
Delhi Police will question the principal and management commitment coordinator over a poster pasted at the main gate of a government school in support of former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia after his arrest. Officials gave this information on Sunday.
An FIR was lodged against Gazala, the coordinator of the school management committee, for allegedly pasting posters in support of Sisodia.
Sisodia was arrested by the CBI last Sunday in connection with the liquor policy scam case. He resigned from the cabinet on Tuesday.
“As part of the probe, we will question both the principal of the school and the coordinator of its management committee. He will be questioned in connection with the incident and will be compelled in connection with the case.”
He said a complaint sent by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) regarding the alleged misuse of photographs of children by some politicians would also be probed.
The complaint to NCPCR was made by BJP MP Manoj Tiwari.
Reacting to the NCPCR action on Tiwari’s complaint, AAP national spokesperson Saurabh Bhardwaj said it was Manoj Tiwari who sang the song “Baby Beer PK Naache” and if one reads the lyrics of the song, they would understand how outrageous they were. Are.
“How should children react to such songs? Why didn’t the panel take action against him? Ahead of the Gujarat elections, the Prime Minister toured the state and clicked pictures in a mock classroom. Will this not affect the mentality of the children? Will they not understand that their Prime Minister has been getting fake classrooms made for photographs.
“NCPCR’s job is to act on injustice against children. There are many examples across the country where children are being sexually abused every day. These panels are being used politically these days. For better utilization of these institutions, they should be converted into a neutral body,” the AAP leader told a press conference.
According to the FIR, on Friday morning, SMC coordinator Ghazala, along with the principal of Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya at Shastri Park, asked girl students to arrange some desks at the entrance of the school and pasted a large poster of Sisodia at the main gate.
The BJP on Thursday claimed that the Delhi government had set up “I love Manish Sisodia” desks in government schools to rally support for the arrested leader, a claim rejected by the AAP government.
Police said a case was registered against Ghazala under section 3 of the Delhi Defacement of Public Property Act.
The FIR states that the headmaster is in charge of the school and provides desks.
