NEW DELHI: After a delay of over a year during which it almost missed eight deadlines, the 750-metre-long underpass at the perennially closed Ashram Crossing in Delhi is set to open to the public next week, a move that has cost millions People will benefit. An official said shed work is underway on the underpass ramp and footpaths are also to be built along the underpass road. Both of these can be done even after the facility is opened.
