The Ministry of Defense (MoD) on Friday said that the premier defense exhibition DefExpo-2022, which was proposed to be held in Gandhinagar from March 10 to 14, has been postponed as participants are facing logistics-related problems. Is.

The MoD had said on February 22 that 973 exhibitors, including 121 foreign exhibitors from 63 countries, had registered for Asia’s largest exhibition on land, naval and homeland security systems.

“Due to logistical problems being experienced by the participants, the DefExpo-2022 scheduled to be held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat from March 10 to March 14 has been postponed,” MoD spokesperson said on Twitter on Friday.

The spokesperson said that the new dates would be informed in due course. This year’s DefExpo will be the 12th edition of the prestigious biennial defense exhibition.
