The power couple tied the knot on November 14 in Italy. Their dream wedding took place in Lake Como and the private wedding was attended by friends and family. Ranveer and Deepika later hosted grand receptions in Mumbai and Bangalore. For their first wedding anniversary, the couple took the spiritual path and worshiped at the Balaji and Padmavati temples and then visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar.
On the work front, Ranveer and Deepika will be reuniting on the silver screen for Kabir Khan’s next directorial ’83. The sports drama features Ranveer as Kapil Dev, with DP playing his onscreen wife Romi Bhatia. ’83 is set for release during Christmas 2021. In addition, Deepika Shakun BatraWith ‘Ugly’, Nag Ashwin’s next and a remake of ‘The Intern’ and ‘Pathan’ Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. Ranveer has been busy shooting for Karan Johar directed ‘Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ with Alia Bhatt. The entertainer also stars Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi in pivotal roles.
