The CTET 2024 answer key will help the candidates compare their answers and calculate estimated scores before the official results are announced
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be releasing the provisional answer key for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024, anytime soon. Once out, the candidates who appeared for the test can download the answer key through the official portal ctet.nic.in. It is expected to be out on or before July 22. An official confirmation from the board regarding the same is still awaited.
Along with the provisional answer key, the board will also release the candidate’s response sheets. Candidates not satisfied with the answers can raise their objections within a given period by paying a minimal fee. After considering the objections raised by the candidates, the board will prepare the CTET 2024 results and the final answer key. The CTET 2024 answer key will help the candidates compare their answers and calculate estimated scores before the official results are announced.
CTET 2024 Answer Key: How to download
Step 1: Head to the official website at ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the CTET 2024 Answer Key link and click on it.
Step 3: Enter your login credentials i.e. Application number and Date of Birth (D.O.B).
Step 4: The CTET 2024 provisional answer key will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download it and go through the answers carefully.
This year, the CBSE administered the CTET exam on July 7 at 136 locations across the country. The exam consisted of two papers; Paper 1 for those who wish to teach Classes 1 to 5 and Paper 2 for applicants who wish to teach Classes 6 to 8.
The exam consisted of 150 multiple-choice questions. The candidates will get one mark for each correct answer. There is no negative marking.
CTET 2024 qualifying certificates will be valid for a lifetime for all categories. There is no such limit to how many times a person can take the CTET to get a certificate. According to the official release, a qualified CTET candidate may retake the exam to enhance their score.
