The first ever final of the ICC Women’s Under-19 T20 World Cup will be played at the Senwes Park in Potchefstroom, South Africa. The historic match will be played between India and England on Sunday. India Women’s Under-19 registered an eight-wicket win over New Zealand to reach the final. India’s opener Shweta Sehrawat scored an unbeaten 61 as India comfortably chased down the target with 34 balls to spare. England, on the other hand, got the better of Australia by three runs to book their berth in the summit clash of the ICC Women’s Under-19 T20 World Cup.

England and South Africa will lock horns in the second game of the three-match ODI series on January 29. The Proteas had registered an impressive win in the series-opener. Rassie van der Dussen hit a blistering century to sink the world champions in the first innings. South Africa won the second half of the match eventually by 27 runs.

Chasing 299, England’s Jason Roy almost single-handedly won the match. However, Sisanda Magala’s 3 for 46 and Enrich Nortje’s 4 for 62 put England on the back foot. Jos Buttler & Co. will have to find a way to deal with Magala and Nortje in the second ODI. With the series underway, England will come out all guns blazing and look to level the series on Sunday.
