Mumbai: Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope said on Sunday that the Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray Decision will be taken after easing of covid-19 restrictions in the state along with health department and task force Diwali.
Rajesh Tope said, “After Diwali, based on the number of Covid positive cases in the state, CM Uddhav Thackeray will take a decision on providing further relaxation in Covid-19 restrictions in association with the health department and the task force.”
Meanwhile, Maharashtra recorded 1,715 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. According to the state health bulletin, the total active cases in the state are 28,631.
Mumbai on Sunday recorded zero deaths due to Covid-19 for the first time since the pandemic began in March last year.
