Courteney Cox’s New Instagram Clip Proves She’s a Real Life Monica Geller

Courteney Cox has proved that she and her friend alter ego, Monica Geller, are cut from the same clothes. It’s clear as day that the character’s obsessive clean-up qualities have rubbed off on him. Monica Geller had a reputation as the Type-A, maternal figure of the group. She kept her surroundings spotless and is seen cleaning the houses and cars of her and sometimes others in the hit sitcom.

To give a glimpse of her Monica-like tendencies, Kourtney filmed a new video that she later posted to Instagram. The video begins with her saying, “Tell me you’re not Monica without telling me you’re not Monica.” She then suggests that the challenge be accepted by her makeup artist instead. Everything that happens after that changes from a messy arrangement of all the goods to a faulty system.

A few months back, Kourtney shared a similar video on Instagram, again reminiscent of her order-obsessed character on Friends. In the video, the actress asked her fans, “Tell me you’re a Monica without telling me you’re a Monica.” “I’ll go first,” she said before revealing her immaculate kitchen storage and flawlessly organized pantry. She finally returns with a familiar catchphrase, “I know,” one of Monica’s most iconic lines:

Monica Geller is a chef at Friends and is known for her competitive, meticulous, and passionate personality. His character constantly wants the items in the house to be placed in a certain way and order.

Friends, produced by David Crane and Marta Kaufman, ran for 10 seasons on NBC. The sitcom stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer. After a long time due to restrictions around the ongoing pandemic, Friends: The Reunion finally aired on May 27, much to the delight of fans of the show across the globe. The special episode also starred guest celebs including Justin Bieber, David Beckham, Cara Delevingne, BTS, Cindy Crawford, Lady Gaga, among others.
