As India enters the third wave of COVID-19, the Delhi government has allowed buses in the national capital to run at full capacity. ABP News team traveled in a Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus to check whether the buses were plying within the COVID-19 guidelines. People were seen wearing masks, buses were not crowded.
