The corona report of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray has come positive. They have mild symptoms of covid. Along with Raj, his mother has also got infected. At present, he has quarantined himself at home. Raj has asked people who came in contact with him during the last one week on social media to get tested.
Raj Thackeray was visiting many cities including Pune and Nashik for the last several days. During this, a meeting of party office bearers was also held in Pune. Raj Thackeray was never seen wearing a mask even during the Corona period. He also meets people at his home, Krishna Kunj, without wearing a mask. According to BMC officials, Raj and his mother have received both doses of the corona vaccine.
During the entire transition period, Raj wore a mask only once during his meeting with historian and writer Babasaheb Purandare.
Raj Thackeray and his mother have been taken to Lilavati Hospital. There they will be given a monoclonal antibody cocktail. After being given antibodies, both will be home quarantined in three hours.
All public events canceled
A woman working in the house of MNS chief has got corona infection. After this confirmation, Raj Thackeray has canceled all his programs. Raj was to have a meeting in Bhandup in Mumbai on Saturday and in Pune on Sunday. He was also going to meet the workers. It has been said from MNS that all the canceled meetings will be done later. A few days ago the saints of Ayodhya had met Raj Thackeray at his house and invited him to come to Ayodhya.
On 18 October, Raj met the saints who had come from Ayodhya. No one was wearing a mask during this time.
Raj Thackeray said – I do not wear a mask
Before the start of the second wave of Corona, i.e. during a press conference in February 2021, when reporters asked Raj questions about not wearing a mask, he said that I do not wear a mask. If the corona is growing so fast in the state and people’s lives are in danger, then the municipal elections to be held in the state should also be carried forward. Earlier in September 2020, he was also fined Rs 1,000 for not wearing a mask.
