Jharkhand Health Minister Banna Gupta on Tuesday said that the state government is prepared to deal with any case of COVID-19. He also said that there is no need to panic. He urged to take booster dose of Covid vaccines. Said during the mock drill program at Ranchi Sadar Hospital that with limited resources the challenges were faced during all the waves of Covid-19 pandemic. The efforts of the government during the Corona virus crisis were appreciated. The government is prepared to deal with all health crises.

According to a statement issued by the minister’s office in Jamshedpur, he reviewed the preparedness at the Ranchi district hospital to deal with any spurt in coronavirus cases. State Health Secretary Arun Kumar Singh was also present during the review of preparations at the hospital. The minister also inspected the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen generating plants and reviewed the availability of cylinders of live-saving gas, manpower, beds and stock of essential medicines.
