Police rescued three women from a spa center that was used to run a prostitution racket in Kashimira in Maharashtra’s Thane district and arrested two men, an official said on Tuesday.

The arrested men worked as managers and cleaners at the facility that was raided on Sunday.

A case was registered against them under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Prevention of Immortal Smuggling Rules. An official said that an FIR has also been registered against the owner of the spa centre.
