Coming to a major embarrassment for the Congress party, election strategist Prashant Kishor has said that he will not work with the oldest party as it has tarnished their track record.

Beginning his Jan Suraj Yatra from the residence of late RJD leader Raghuvansh Prasad Singh in Bihar’s Vaishali on Tuesday, Prashant Kishor recalled his stint with various political parties on winning the election, but also referred to the 2017 UP election , when he was defeated because it was the Congress party.

Prashant Kishor said, ‘Congress spoiled my record, so I will not work with them.

Kishor said that the Congress is not going to improve in the current situation.

The election strategist further said that he got a chance to contest 11 elections in 10 years, out of which Congress lost only one election in 2017.

He said, “Mahagathbandhan in Bihar in 2015, Punjab in 2017, Andhra in 2019 with Jagan Mohan Reddy, Delhi in 2020 with Kejriwal, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal in 2021, but lost in 2017 with Congress in UP. “

He said, “That’s why I have decided not to work with the Congress… It is a party which is not improving… I respect the party but in the current situation… the party is not bettering itself.” Is doing… is drowning and will drown us too,” Prashant Kishor said.
