New Delhi: Congress President Sonia Gandhi has called a virtual meeting of senior leaders today to discuss the strategy to surround the government on many other issues including the increase in the price of petrol and diesel. The party general secretary and state in-charge will attend this meeting.

In this digital meeting, Congress leaders can also discuss the proposed connectivity campaign of the party.

In this meeting, the future strategy of the party to deal with the increase in the prices of petrol-diesel and essential food items will be discussed. The current situation and economic situation of Kovid can also be discussed in the meeting. After the meeting, a meeting of the presidents of the state Congress committees will also be called.

Sonia Gandhi has called this meeting with senior party leaders before the monsoon session of Parliament. There may be monsoon session in July. The Congress has been questioning the government regarding the increase in the prices of petrol and diesel.
