Congress made Priyanka’s entry in the National Plan: Task Force and Political Affairs Group for 2024, 2 leaders of G-21 faction also replaced

Congress has started preparations for 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The party’s interim president Sonia Gandhi has constituted a task force for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Along with this, an 8-member Political Affairs Committee (PAC) has also been formed.

Veteran leaders like Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Ambika Soni, Digvijay Singh, Anand Sharma, KC Venugopal, Jitendra Singh have been included in this PAC.

If we look at the members of the task force formed for the 2024 elections, then the names of P Chidambaram, Mukul Wasnik, Jairam Ramesh, KC Venugopal, Ajay Maken, Priyanka Gandhi, Randeep Surjewala, Sunil Kangolu are there.

Objective to strengthen Congress through Bharat Jodo Yatra
Many big faces have been included in the Central Planning Group for Bharat Jodo Yatra. Digvijay Singh, Sachin Pilot, Shashi Tharoor, Ranveet Singh Bittu, KJ George, Jothi Mani, Pradyut Boldoloi, Jeetu Patwari, Salim Ahmed have been included in this.

The Congress had recently convened a Chintan Shivir in Udaipur to discuss the party’s position and the strategy ahead. In this camp, Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi had talked about organizational change. Along with this, the formation of Political Affairs Group and Task Force was also announced to prepare for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
