What according to you is the reason for the declining political prospects of the Indian National Congress party? A. I do not think that the Congress party has lost its relevance or importance at the national level. The efforts made by Sonia Gandhi to strengthen the organizational structure of the Congress have started paying off. We, who want our constitutional institutions to function independently, propose a national alliance which includes the Indian National Congress.
