Cong Lacks Ideology, Makes Compromises To Grab Power, Says BJP Chief Nadda

Shimla: BJP chief JP Nadda on Monday attacked the Congress, calling it a “dynastic” party of “mother, son and daughter”, which lacks ideology and makes compromises to grab power. Setting the tone for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, he compared the “cadre-based BJP” with “family-oriented non-BJP parties” and said his party’s focus is on service, good governance and people’s welfare. Poor.

The BJP chief is on a three-day tour of his home state. He was addressing a rally after inaugurating party offices at Noorpur and Palampur in Kangra district. Nadda said the BJP never weakened its ideological stand and the governments led by the party abrogated Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, started construction of the Ram temple, went nuclear to bring India into the elite club of nations. Conducted tests, built roads in border areas and made India the fifth largest economy.

He said the BJP’s focus is on service, “sushasan (good governance)” and “garib kalyan (welfare of the poor)” and its dedicated workers have shown their spirit during the coronavirus pandemic.
Nadda also hit out at the opposition parties and said they have failed to reach out to those who need help.

Terming the Congress as a party of “mother, son and daughter”, Nadda said it is devoid of any ideology and colludes with parties of opposite ideologies to grab power.

He also attacked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for criticizing the country during his foreign visits. Urging BJP workers to prepare for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, Nadda said it was a matter of pride that the BJP has emerged as the largest political party in the world.

Nadda termed the Congress rule as a black spot full of scams and scams. He said that under the BJP rule, development plans were made and implemented, tough decisions were taken and black spots were converted into bright spots.

The NDA government built 13,525 km of roads in border areas and 3.28 lakh km of rural roads, he said, adding that huge expenditure was made on expansion and strengthening of air, roads and rail infrastructure. Nadda further said that the Center is committed to ensure the speedy development of Himachal Pradesh.

Union Minister Anurag Thakur, State BJP President Dr. Rajeev Bindal, Leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur and Himachal Pradesh in-charge and co-in-charge of the party Avinash Rai Khanna and Sanjay Tandon were also present on the occasion.
