Amidst the political crisis in Maharashtra, a police complaint has been lodged against Eknath Shinde in Akola. The complaint was filed by Pranjali Deshmukh, wife of Shiv Sena MLA Nitin Deshmukh. Pranjali has said in the complaint that there was a scuffle between her husband and Shinde, after which Nitin is missing and her phone is also not working.
Nitin’s life in danger, mobile also switched off
Pranjali said in the complaint – her husband was about to come to his house in Akola by Tuesday morning. But his phone is not ringing since Monday evening. We also talked to former Zilla Parishad member Mahadev Gawli about this, but he too has no information about it. My husband’s life is in danger.
Nitin Deshmukh hospitalized in Surat
According to sources, MLA Nitin Deshmukh complained of chest pain during his stay in Surat hotel. After this the hotel staff admitted Nitin to the hospital. Deshmukh is the Shiv Sena MLA from Akola.
Shinde in Surat hotel with 30 MLAs
Veteran minister of Maharashtra government Eknath Shinde is sitting in Surat, Gujarat along with 15 Shiv Sena, one NCP and 14 independent MLAs. Along with Shinde, three ministers of the Uddhav government are also involved. Shiv Sena currently has 56 MLAs in Maharashtra.
Shinde removed from the post of Shiv Sena leader
Taking action on Eknath Shinde amid political upheaval, Shiv Sena has removed him from the post of Legislature Party leader. After the assembly elections in 2019, Shinde was made the leader of the legislature party. According to sources, the party does not want to come under the pressure of Shinde’s condition, so this action has been taken.
