Faridabad: Many allegations are being made on social media regarding the murder of a girl from Surajkund area of Faridabad. Some claim that the girl working in the Delhi Civil Defense was raped before she was murdered.
The girl’s family members also allege that she was raped before the murder and multiple people could be involved in the incident.
However, the Faridabad police claimed to have solved the case after arresting one person. The Faridabad police said that there is nothing in the postmortem report of the girl to prove that the girl was raped before the murder.
The victim’s family members claim she was sexually assaulted before she was brutally stabbed to death by a Delhi Civil Defense worker, but are refusing to comment on camera.
Shocked by the girl’s death, her family members are in an inconsolable state, so she declined to comment on camera, saying “justice is needed.”
Delhi civil defense worker murder case
On the morning of 27 August, a man named Nizamuddin reached the Kalindi Kunj police station and revealed that he had killed a girl and dumped the body in the bushes in the Surajkund area of Faridabad.
On the basis of her confession, the Delhi Police informed the Faridabad Police about the matter and then on the information of the killer, the girl’s body was recovered from the spot. The girl’s body was recovered from the bushes of Surajkund-Pali road in Faridabad on August 27.
The matter came to light when Nizamuddin confessed to the murder of a Delhi Civil Defense worker. Nizamuddin also told the police that he had married the girl on 11 June 2021 in Delhi’s Saket court.
The killer told the police that he started doubting the character of the girl. In this doubt, he confronted her and brought her to Surajkund. Then he tried to convince her and where both of them got into a fight. According to Nizamuddin, he stabbed the girl to death and threw the body in the bushes.
Meanwhile, the girl’s family members allege that only Nizamuddin is not involved in this case and others may also be involved. According to the relatives of the victim, the case is not only of murder but of rape and murder.
Faridabad Police Commissioner Vikas Kumar Arora said: “The postmortem report does not suggest any sexual harassment and hence these claims being made on social media are completely false and baseless. Talking about the report, no such fact has come to the fore anywhere.”
The Faridabad Police Commissioner said, “Nizamuddin has been remanded by the Faridabad Police and is being interrogated again. The investigation of the case has now been handed over to the Faridabad Crime Branch.”
Nizamuddin told the police that he had met the girl, a resident of Sangam Vihar area, in the DM’s office Lajpat Nagar in January last year. The girl was to be selected and admitted to the Delhi Civil Defense. He helped get the girl’s identity card made and later the two became friends.
According to Nizamuddin, both of them got married on June 11 this year in the Saket court. Nizamuddin said that he came to know about his wife’s illicit relations only after their marriage. He tried to change his ways with his wife, but could not succeed.
On 26 August, he took his wife from Lajpat Nagar to Surajkund, where he confronted her, which led to an altercation. After this, he got angry and stabbed his wife and threw her body in the nearby bushes.
