Nayika Devi: The Warrior Queen is the first historical drama film of Gujarati cinema.
The makers of ‘Nayaka Devi: The Warrior Queen’ have unveiled an interesting poster of Muhammad Ghori, the antagonist of the film starring Chunky Pandey. The versatile actor is all set to make his debut in Gujarati cinema with the film, which stars Khushi Shah as the heroine Devi. In the poster, Chunky Pandey is seen merciless, surrounded by arrows, with sword in hand and fury on his face. The actor peeks into the character’s skin with his soft eyes, long brown hair and dark ensemble.
Sharing his first look from the film, Chunky Pandey wrote, “The one who is remembered for his misery and cruelty! One of the greatest enemies of all time, #MuhammadGhori played by Chunky Pandey in the upcoming period drama #NayikaDeviTheWarriorQueen Went.”
In no time, her post was flooded with sweet comments from her fans who are impressed with her looks. Many celebrities including Sanjay Kapoor, Bhavna Pandey, Divyendu also commented on his post.
Naika Devi: The Warrior Queen is the first historical drama film of Gujarati cinema, released by A Tree Entertainment. The film is directed by Nitin Ji and produced by Umesh Sharma.
Speaking about the poster, Producer Umesh Sharma said, “I am really happy with the response the film has received so far. Chunky Pandey is the best thing that could have happened to this film. He is the perfect example of the character. And we can’t wait to expose people to his craziness as Muhammad Ghori on screen.”
Talking about the character of Chunky, director Nitin Ji said, “This character is of Chunky Pandey and he has skillfully played the personality of Muhammad Ghori throughout the film, doing full justice to the character. We hope That people will feel the same way.” The film is scheduled to release on 6 May 2022.
