Chiranjeevi is busy with Meher Ramesh directorial Bhola Shankar.
After the success of Waltair Veeraiya, megastar Chiranjeevi is all set to collaborate with young filmmakers Kalyan Krishna and Vashishtha. However, the official announcement regarding the films is still on.
As per sources, Chiranjeevi’s daughter, Sushmita Konidela is going to bankroll Kalyan Krishna’s upcoming directorial venture under the banner of Konidela Production Company. Reportedly, the film will feature Sidhu Jonnalagadda and Sreeleela as the second lead pair in the film. It remains undecided who will play the female lead opposite Chiranjeevi.
Chiranjeevi has signed another film Mega 156 with director Vashisht under the banner of UC Creation Production. Earlier, the director had created a sensation of sorts with Bimbisara starring Kalyan Ram. The cast and crew of the film have not been finalized yet.
Also, Chiranjeevi is in talks with director Trinadha Rao Nakkina. After witnessing Ravi Teja’s blast at his house, Chiranjeevi immediately called Trinad Rao to schedule a meeting for that evening to talk about a project. However, no news about any project has been revealed so far. Currently, Chiranjeevi is busy with Bhola Shankar, directed by Meher Ramesh.
Backed by KS Rama Rao under the banner of AK Entertainment, the film is slated to hit the theaters on August 11 this year. The film stars Tamannaah Bhatia, Keerthy Suresh and Chiranjeevi in lead roles. With music composed by Mahti Swara Sagar, the film’s cinematography is handled by Dudley.
Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi will also be seen in The Journalist, directed by Vedant Harsh. But, the release date of the film has not been confirmed yet.

On the professional front, Chiranjeevi is known for films including Gharana Mogudhu, Indra, Tagore, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and Shankar Dada MBBS.
Meanwhile, Kalyan Krishna has been a part of several notable films like Nela Ticket, Bangaraju, Sogde Chinni Nayana and Rarandoi Veduka Chudham.
