Megastar Chiranjeevi is celebrating his 69th birthday today, August 22, and the entire Indian cinema industry, along with his fans, is showering him with warm wishes. In a remarkable display of devotion, one dedicated fan marked the occasion by performing Porlu Dandalu (rolling on the ground) while ascending the sacred steps of Tirumala. This fan not only honored Chiranjeevi on his special day but also expressed a heartfelt wish for his brother, Pawan Kalyan, to become the Chief Minister of the state.
Eswar Royal, a dedicated fan of Megastar Chiranjeevi from Balijappalli village in Ramachandrapuram mandal of West Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh undertook this journey with a special purpose – to pray for Chiranjeevi’s long life and to seek divine blessings for his brother, Pawan Kalyan to become the Chief Minister of the state.
Eswar is known for his unwavering admiration for the legendary actor and his family. He began his journey through the steps of Srinivasa Mangapuram at Tirupati.
Before starting his journey, he performed a special puja at the first step of the Srivari Stairway, expressing his deep reverence for Lord Venkateswara.
Eswar said that his prayers were focused on the well-being and longevity of Chiranjeevi and his family, wishing them a hundred years of good health and happiness.
He also expressed his fervent hope that Pawan Kalyan, who currently serves as the deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh would one day he will become the Chief Minister, fulfilling the aspirations of many of his supporters.
Currently, Chiranjeevi is busy with the shoot of Vishwambhara, which is being directed by Mallidi Vassishta, also credited as the writer. The cast includes Chiranjeevi, Trisha Krishnan, Kunal Kapoor, Meenakshi Chaudhary and Ashika Ranganath. The producers are V Vamsi Krishna Reddy, Pramod Uppalapati and Vikram Reddy, through the UV Creations banner. M M Keeravani is handling the music while the cinematography is being done by Chota K Naidu and the editor is Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. The film is expected to release on January 10, next year. As per the reports, the film is being made under a budget of Rs 200 crore.
While Pawan Kalyan is expected to resume the shoot of OG soon. Some of his upcoming works also include Hari Hara Veera Mallu and Ustaad Bhagat Singh.
