Way:

First of all, wash the mushroom thoroughly with clean water so that the dirt gets removed from it. Now, place the washed mushrooms on a clean towel and pat dry gently.

Cut them in half or in two pieces.

Chop coriander leaves and garlic cloves.

Now heat the pan and put a good amount of butter in it.

When the butter melts, add chopped garlic to it and fry it for a few seconds. You can also add onion and capsicum to add extra flavor and colour.

Now add mushrooms to it and fry the mixture till it turns golden brown.

Sprinkle chili flakes, oregano seasoning and salt as per taste and mix well for a few minutes.

– When the masala is applied to the mushrooms, add one spoon of black bean sauce to the mixture and stir well.

Now cover the pan and leave it for 2 minutes.

When the mushrooms become crispy and crunchy, add grated cheese on top and garnish with chopped coriander. Spicy and delicious Chilli Mushroom recipe is ready to serve for your tea time snack.
