Vadodara: Tension prevails in the district Chhota Udepur city on Monday after two groups clashed over a sensitive video posted on WhatsApp by two minor boys. Around 40 people were booked for assault and criminal conspiracy, of whom seven were detained.
The police also conducted a flag march in Chhota Udepur town on Monday to ensure peace.
According to the police, two minor boys had shared a video on their WhatsApp status on Sunday. A group of boys from minority community got furious over the video saying that it has hurt their religious sentiments. “Minor boys from the majority community received calls, asking them to remove the video.
