In this match, Deepak finally won the bronze medal by defeating the Hungarian wrestler.

Farmer father Surendra Nehra expressed happiness and said that his son has got the first fruits of his hard work. But still sweating more. All the family members including Deepak and father Surendra want to see him represent the country in the Olympics and win medals. The father told that Deepak had left for wrestling at the age of 6 at the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Academy of Mirchpura, Hisar.
