Ayushmann Khurrana is a multi-talented star. The actor can sing as beautifully and skillfully as he can, among other things, leaving his fans and audience spellbound. But this is not it. Ayushmann has added another feather to his cap, he is a fitness freak.

Starring in his latest project, Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui with Vaani Kapoor, Ayushmann has pulled out his gun. The actor plays a bodybuilder and in the process of preparing for the role, sets major fitness goals.

Here’s how you can bench-press correctly:

  • On a flat bench, lie on your back and hold the barbell with your hands, shoulder-width apart.
  • Lift the bar off the rack, and then bend your elbows to bring the barbell up to your chest.
  • Press it to your chest, and then repeat.
  • Remember to do your sets slowly so that your ‘time-under-concentration’ increases.
