Ranchi: Central Coalfields Restricted (CCL), a Jharkhand-based subsidiary of Coal India Ltd., signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a public sector enterprise, WAPCOS Ltd., on Thursday for improvement of 9 eco-parks.
The parks masking an space of 126.47 hectares might be developed in Bokaro, Chatra, and Hazaribag districts at a price of round Rs 63 crore.
“The event of the eco-parks will envisage a sustainable ecosystem by adopting appropriate measures like honey bee farming, fish farming, meals processing plant and others with a aim for income technology to fulfill the upkeep expenditure,” an official launch stated.
The interval of engagement of WAPCOS Ltd is for six years, together with one 12 months for improvement and subsequent 5 years for upkeep. PTI
