A day after his arrest in the excise scam case, a special CBI court on Monday sent Sisodia to the central probe agency’s five-day custody till March 4.

Addressing a press conference, BJP leader Gaurav Bhatia said, “With its ‘drama’ and show of ‘anarchy’, AAP has indicated that it will not allow investigative agencies to do their work which hinders the process of justice.” tantamount to putting up and committing contempt of court.”

Bhatia described the AAP as an “anarchic criminal party” (anarchic criminal party) and said Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal seemed to have taken an oath on the Constitution to destroy it.

He further said, ‘Neither Kejriwal follows the law nor sacks his ministers involved in corruption. Jain is yet to get bail as the courts believe that the charges against him are serious.”
