Caught Pak in his own video? India raised questions on the demand for closure of ‘submarine’

Islamabad demanded that Indian submarines be stopped before entering Pakistani territory. India flouted that demand. Rather the question was raised whether it was a submarine. At the same time, the Indian side informed that the vessel was in international waters. Which Pakistan is claiming to be a submarine.

Indian officials said on condition of anonymity that the ship, which was claimed to be identified by the Pakistani Navy, is believed to be 140 to 150 nautical miles from Karachi. This can be gauged from the GPS information of the video released by the Pakistan Army. There, according to the rules, an area up to 12 nautical miles from the coast of a country is considered the territory of the country concerned. Once that boundary is crossed, a ship will be considered to be in international waters. The ship that Pakistan is claiming is far from that border. Officials also said that they are not sure if the video released by Pakistan is true at all.

Earlier, a statement issued by the Pakistan Army claimed that an Indian submarine had been identified in the Arabian Sea on 16 October. Which was claimed to have tried to enter Pakistani waters. “This is the third time an Indian submarine has been sighted by a Pakistani naval maritime patrol aircraft,” the statement said. The Pakistani Navy is keeping a close watch.

However, India has not officially commented on the matter. However, those officials have practically rejected Pakistan’s claim.
