Caught on camera: Robbery at SBI Bank in Mumbai, death of an employee

The robbery has been captured in surveillance footage.


A bank was robbed and an employee shot dead in Mumbai this evening. The shocking incident was caught on surveillance cameras and now the footage is being examined.

The man who was shot dead was an outsourced employee of State Bank of India’s Dahisar branch, officials said, adding that two robbers had targeted the bank; They fled after the robbery.

The scenes show two masked robbers inside the bank, and one of them pointing a gun, possibly at the staff.

On receiving the information, senior police officers Praveen Padwal and Vishal Thakur along with others reached the spot.

In another incident that came to light from Delhi, a man along with a security guard attacked in Chhatarpur today, who was stopped for not wearing a mask.
