Justice Prakash Srivastava was born in 1971. He started working as a lawyer in 1986. He has been a lawyer in the Supreme Court for a long time as an expert on tax and constitutional matters. He joined the Madhya Pradesh High Court as a judge in 2008. Then in 2010 he was appointed as a permanent judge.
