Cabinet approves MoU on Coking Coal with Russian Energy Ministry

The Union Cabinet on Thursday approved a Memorandum of Understanding between India and Russia to advance cooperation on coking coal, which is used to make steel.

It also approved the continuation of a Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) for the development of infrastructure facilities for the judiciary at a total cost of Rs 9,000 crore with effect from April 1, 2021 till 31,2026, of which the central share would be. ₹5,357 crore, which includes ₹50 crore for the Gram Nyayalaya scheme and their implementation in a mission mode through the National Mission for Justice Delivery and Legal Reform.
