A major accident took place on Thursday morning at Mandal toll naka of Songadh in Tapi district of Gujarat. Here the bus full of processions went straight into the toll naka. In the accident, 15 people, including three workers of the procession and toll naka, were injured, out of which the condition of four is critical. All of them have been admitted to different hospitals in Songadh. The accident was captured in the CCTV camera of the toll naka.

Bus was coming from Burhanpur
According to information received from Songadh Police, this bus full of processions was returning from Burhanpur (Maharashtra) to Surat. About 40 people were on the bus. Meanwhile, at around 11 in the morning, the driver could not control the steering and at full speed the bus crossed the breaker of the toll check and went straight into the cabin. Due to this, the female cashier sitting in the cabin also became a victim of the accident. At the same time, a woman and a male employee standing near the cabin were also injured.
The bus stopped after colliding with the pole of the toll block.
Two people sitting in front including driver-conductor are serious
The driver-conductor and two other persons sustained serious injuries in the accident. All four have been referred to the Civil Hospital in Tapi district. At the same time, after the collision of the bus, the cabin of the toll naka was completely destroyed and the machines kept there were also damaged. Apart from this, CCTV cameras were also broken. After the accident, there was a long jam at the toll naka.
Cashier’s leg fracture
It can be seen in the CCTV footage that seeing the bus coming towards the cabin, the female employee sitting in the cabin got up and ran, which saved her life but fractured her leg. Two employees were standing behind the cabin, who became a victim of the accident. However, they have suffered minor injuries.
