BTS will perform Proof live on the 9th first anniversary with ‘Special Guest’; steal hearts with new poster

In a surprise announcement, BTS revealed that they will be performing Proof Live on their 9th first anniversary. BTS completed nine years in the music industry on June 13, 2022. On this special occasion, K-pop group is treating their fans – ARMY – with a live version of Proof. BigHit Music made the announcement on Twitter and Instagram and shared a new poster that teased the performance.

In the photo, the members – RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook – were seated in a secluded spot dressed in blue. The members came out to steal hearts with their killer look on the poster. While fans were thrilled about the performance, BTS also generated excitement by announcing that they would be accompanied by a ‘special guest’.

ARMY detectives jumped into business guessing who the special guest might be. While many speculated that it might be Bang Si-hyuk aka Bang PD, the names of Snoop Dogg and Charlie Puth also surfaced, as the two mistakenly revealed that they were collaborating with BTS on new songs. Huh.

BTS will drop their new album titled Proof on June 10th. The album, a compilation, features three new tracks – “Still To Come,” “Play BTS,” and “For the Youth” – and several unheard demo versions of their greatest songs. It was also revealed that record producer Benny Blanco has been contracted to remix the three tracks. The songs are Life Goes On, Fake Love, and Blood Sweat and Tears, and they were selected via a poll by the ARMYs.
